At MunaGlow, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping information below before placing your order. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Destination and Estimated Delivery:
UK & Europe: 5-9 business days
United States & Canada: 7-9 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 6-10 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch. If you have not received a tracking update after this time, please contact us at support@munaglow.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are outside of MunaGlow's control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us at munaglowinfo@protonmail.com with your order number. We will work to resolve the issue promptly — either by reshipping your order or issuing a full refund, at our discretion.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To begin a return or refund request, please contact our team at munaglowinfo@protonmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the following in your email:
— Your full name and order number
— A brief description of the issue
— A clear photo of the product if it arrived damaged or incorrect
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Please do not send any items back before receiving confirmation from our team, as we cannot guarantee receipt of unauthorised returns.
Refunds
Once your return or refund request has been approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
In cases where a return is not required (e.g. damaged goods with photographic evidence), we may offer a full refund or a replacement at our discretion — whichever is most convenient for you.
⚠️ Please note — hygiene policy
For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened/used eye patches or our other products. This is standard practice for skincare and cosmetic products. If your product arrived damaged or faulty, please see our refund process below.
